Hybrid Workplaces
The heart of this Organisational Transformation For Success programme is exploring the organisation in depth through the lens of The 6 Box Leadership diagnostics report (considered as an organisational MRI to diagnose health of an organisation in six key areas: Culture, Relationships, Individuals, Strategy, Systems and Resources) and bespoke Action Plan for organisational transformation that is implemented throughout an organisation.

This Programme helps senior leaders to understand their current organisation, diagnose issues and create an informed Action plan to improve performance and maximise potential. Data is gathered through an online assessment with 120 questions where thousands of employees can assess an organisation simultaneously and anonymously to provide objective assessment of the current situation in an organisation, that will be subsequently used to drive transformation.
Phase 0 - Preparing for change
