The Management Shift approach, models (the 5-Level Emergent Leadership Model and the 6 Box Leadership Model) and assessment tools are based on more than 25 years of Vlatka’s interdisciplinary research, both qualitative and quantitative. This involved analysing thousands of research articles, hundreds of interviews and dozens of case studies. More details of this research are provided in ‘The Management Shift’ book.
Humane Capital related research involved in depth interviews with 58 global leaders. This has resulted in 35 case studies, 200 strategies identified (for corporates, SMEs, non profit and public sectors) and the 8 Pillars Model for leveraging Humane Capital. Based on synthesis of research related to The Management Shift, Humane Capital and additional qualitative research on what matters most for leaders and organisations now, Vlatka has created several new models to help leaders achieve prosperity in a post-pandemic world.
