The game provides any senior team and/or executive education provider with an easy and accessible step to envision, articulate and begin the process of enabling their organisation to become more humane, high performing and productive.
This is a serious play intervention that anyone can engage with, with their own management or leadership team. As a team, you can freely self-facilitate and engage in this insightful, and developmental process.
It provides users with a high-level introduction to the concepts in The Management Shift® book. It enables individuals and teams to engage in an effective intervention even if participants have not yet read the book or experienced the 6 Box Leadership diagnostic tool or one of the organisational transformation programmes.
The purpose of the game is to identify specific actions that the group or organisation commit to work on to create better business agility by taking time to reflect on the Metaview, Value Creation themes and Typical Obstacles that might hinder success.
By engaging in the game participants:
Allow 60-90 minutes with up to 4 players.

Explore the steps that businesses need to take in order to become a ‘good’ organisation, doing well. It is based on research presented in the 'Humane Capital' book and through gamification, the Humane Capital vision and methodology can be shared and cascaded easily and effectively to a diverse audience.
Delivering an alternative, practical approach that any employer can implement in order to overcome the unique challenges faced by their organisation.
The purpose of the game is to identify one specific action that the group/organisation commits to work on to start the shift to a more humane organisation, selecting the most appropriate sector specific strategy to use to do this.
