The individual transformation of leaders is followed by shifting the culture of the entire organisation using the 6 Box Leadership diagnostics, also known as an organisational MRI.
Background research for this diagnostic tool was conducted over 20 years. It included more than 25 case studies, 300 interviews, incorporation of more than a 1000 references, and survey of 88 organisations and 6,000 respondents.
Through thematic analysis of this research data, a framework was developed with about 150 factors that drive performance and value creation in organisations.
This led to the development of the holistic 6 Box Leadership model and associated on-line diagnostics with 120 questions that has been used worldwide to help dozens of organisations in private and public sectors diagnose the issues affecting engagement and performance, identify the bottlenecks preventing growth and creativity, remove barriers to innovation, and uncover the hidden strengths of every company’s greatest asset, their workforce.

THE 6-BOX LEADERSHIP ORGANISATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS
We provide evidence-based due diligence reports for Venture Capitalists to help them make important financial decisions and reduce risks.
These reports are created using the 6 Box Leadership diagnostic tool to uncover hidden strengths and weaknesses for any organisation (or part of it) in the areas of Culture, Relationships, Individuals, Strategy, Systems and Resources. The data on these key areas can be collected anonymously and simultaneously from thousands of employees in less than half an hour. The reports will provide an insight into organisational health, potential for high performance, barriers for growth etc., to guide investment decisions.
